Jason Michael Gracia starts the book with this phrase “The life you desire can be yours”.  His book on motivation describes all the elements that make it possible to attain your true desires.  Although a bit lengthy at 350+ pages, Gracia’s book is one of the most comprehensive, easiest-to-read & well-organized books on motivation that I’ve found.  There was so much good material to read, I found it difficult to put it down and finished it within a few days.  Since then, I’ve gone back and have reviewed a few chapters 2-3 more times.   

If you are looking for small changes or complete transformations, this book gives you the knowledge and tools to move towards your goals. I’ve been able to use his techniques and ideas to improve my financial life, professional career, start a business and improve more overall physical well-being.
